Supply chain disruption measurement

Disruption counts are common indicators of supply chain reliability, but a change in the observation system can move the count independently of the physical disruption process. This technical note proposes the measurement-regime diagnostic workflow as an interpretation layer for segmented count-series analysis. It combines count level, within-class persistence, event composition, and item breadth.
