Genome sequencing of Anastrepha obliqua adult male: alternate pseudohaplotype. Anastrepha obliqua

Long-reads were used to generate a whole genome assembly of Anastrepha obliqua, the West Indian fruit fly. alternate pseudohaplotype采用长读长（Long-reads）测序读段，完成了西印度实蝇（Anastrepha obliqua，West Indian fruit fly）的全基因组组装，获得交替假单倍型（alternate pseudohaplotype）。
