A Systematic Review of Nutrient Fluxes within an Agricultural Watershed

A search on the topic of nutrient fluxes in agricultural watersheds was done using Thomson Reuters Web of Science to determine the present primary and peer-reviewed research available. The search was done on November 20, 2014 using Boolean search methods with the terms: “nutrient flux*” (topic), AND “watershed*” (title), AND “agricult*” (topic); which resulted in 60 relevant articles found. The 60 articles found were then further refined in two stages. The first stage is more brief, checking the title and abstract for relevance; articles that are duplicates or not written in the English language was removed as well. Articles not excluded in this initial refinement went through a more detailed examination to test for relevance. Overall, in order to be deemed relevant, articles must be studying some flux of nutrients within an agricultural watershed; if these two requirements were not met, then the article was excluded. Articles excluded within the second refinement stage usually involved studies that focussed on models testing nutrient flux, or the study areas was not focussed on agriculture. A total of 35 articles remained relevant after the two stages of refinement.

本研究针对农业流域养分通量主题，依托汤森路透Web of Science（Thomson Reuters Web of Science）数据库开展文献检索，以梳理当前已公开的同行评议核心研究成果。本次检索于2014年11月20日完成，采用布尔逻辑检索方法，检索式为：主题字段包含"nutrient flux*"、标题字段包含"watershed*"、主题字段包含"agricult*"，最终检索得到60篇相关文献。随后对该60篇文献开展两阶段筛选工作：第一阶段为初步筛选，仅核查文献标题与摘要的相关性，同时剔除重复文献及非英文文献；通过第一阶段筛选的文献进入第二阶段的详细相关性校验。整体筛选规则为：需同时满足研究农业流域内养分通量的核心要求，未达要求者予以剔除。第二阶段筛选所剔除的文献，通常聚焦于养分通量模型测试类研究，或研究区域未涉及农业领域。经两阶段筛选后，最终留存35篇相关文献。
