To help pin down the evolutionary timing of the genes in Erythranthe lewisii complex, we performed whole genome sequencing for Erythranthe bicolor, Erythranthe primuloides, Erythranthe discolor and Erythranthe montioides, which are closed to the Erythranthe lewisii complex.
