The bacterial strain Pb15 has been isolated from highly polluted marine sediments at the Sarno River mouth, Italy, in the presence of Pb(II) 0.48 mmol-1. 16S rRNA gene sequencing assigned the isolate to the genus Bacillus, with B. pumilus as the closest species.
菌株Pb15是在Pb(II)浓度为0.48 mmol⁻¹的条件下,从意大利萨尔诺河入海口的重度污染海洋沉积物中分离得到的。经16S rRNA基因测序(16S rRNA gene sequencing)鉴定,该分离菌株被归类至芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),其最接近的物种为短小芽孢杆菌(B. pumilus)。
