本研究针对各菌株间的燃料特异性转录组差异展开探究,旨在明确经喷气燃料(jet fuel)驯化的铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,P. aeruginosa)ATCC 33988所采用的潜在作用机制。在喷气燃料培养过程中,ATCC 33988菌株内与烷烃降解(alkane degradation)、热激反应(heat-shock response)、膜蛋白(membrane proteins)、外排泵(efflux pumps)相关的基因以及若干新基因均呈现上调表达。整体实验设计:菌株间对照比较。
