Lake Macquarie sediment metagenome

To investigate the bacterial community in sediment of Lake Macquarie. Microbial diversity was analysed by amplicon sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene with 341F and 806R primers.为探究马阔里湖（Lake Macquarie）沉积物中的细菌群落，本研究采用341F与806R引物对16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因进行扩增子测序，以分析其微生物多样性。
