To systematically identify lncRNAs involved in muscle cell differentiation, the lncRNA microarrays was used to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs during C2C12 cells differentiation (Proliferation myoblast and 2, 5, 8 days after differentiation, represented by D0, D2, D5 and D8. respectively) Overall design: The expression profile of lncRNAs in C2C12 cells was measured at proliferation and 2, 5, 8 days after cells differentiation, Three independent experiments were performed at each stage.

为系统性筛选参与肌细胞分化的长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA, lncRNA），本研究采用lncRNA微阵列（lncRNA microarray）技术，在C2C12细胞分化过程中（涵盖增殖期成肌细胞，以及分化后2、5、8天的样本，分别以D0、D2、D5、D8作为标识）鉴定差异表达的lncRNA。整体实验设计：检测C2C12细胞在增殖期及分化后2、5、8天的lncRNA表达谱，每个实验阶段均开展三次独立重复实验。
