Replication data for "Temporal and Regional Effects of Forest Harvesting on Mercury Bioaccumulation and Biomagnification in Boreal Stream Food Webs"

These datasets and code accompany a manuscript titled "Temporal and Regional Effects of Forest Harvesting on Mercury Bioaccumulation and Biomagnification in Boreal Stream Food Webs". This study examined the effects of forest harvest spatially and temporally on mercury dynamics in boreal stream food webs.
Sampling for this study was done in the summer and fall of 2019, 2020, and 2021.These datasets include water chemistry, carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes, total and methyl mercury concentrations of water and aquatic biota, as well as the Rmarkdown files that accompanied analyses.
