Gene expression profiling of pancreatic cancer cell CFPAC-1 when BACH1 knockdown. BACH1 is a transcription repressor and its regulation networks is poorly understood in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. We used the total RNA from shControl and shBACH1 CFPAC-1 cells to analyze the differentially expressed genes which were regulated by BACH1, and further explored the biological processes that BACH1 may involved. Overall design: Two-condition experiment, shBACH1 vs. shControl CFPAC1 cells. Biological replicates: 1 shBACH1 cell, 1 shControl cell.
本数据集针对BACH1敲低(BACH1 knockdown)条件下胰腺癌细胞CFPAC-1的基因表达谱展开分析。BACH1是一类转录抑制因子,但其在胰腺导管腺癌(pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma)中的调控网络仍未得到充分解析。本研究利用短发夹RNA对照(shControl)与靶向BACH1的短发夹RNA(shBACH1)处理的CFPAC-1细胞总RNA,分析受BACH1调控的差异表达基因,并进一步探究BACH1可能参与的生物学过程。实验整体设计:采用双条件实验方案,对比shBACH1处理组与shControl处理组的CFPAC-1细胞。生物学重复设置:每组各设置1份生物学重复样本。
