Replication Data for: A Comparative Analysis between Paper-based and Online Surveys on Parental Attitudes towards Childhood Vaccinations

This cross-sectional survey study aimed to assess the attitudes and knowledge of children’s guardians in Poland towards childhood vaccinations. It investigates whether the method of survey administration - online versus paper-based - affects reported attitudes toward childhood vaccinations. Methods: Conducted in the Podlaskie voivodeship of Poland, a total of 873 responses were collected, exploring perceptions of vaccine safety, knowledge of immunity methods, willingness to vaccinate, and opinions on vaccination accessibility.
