Full dataset with evidence used to rank and prioritise genes and variants at loci from Paternoster et al. (2015) atopic dermatitis GWAS. .Each entry represents one locus signal and is identified by its index SNP.本数据集为完整数据集，收录了用于对帕特纳斯特等（Paternoster et al.）2015年特应性皮炎全基因组关联研究（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）中各基因位点处的基因与遗传变异进行排序并确定优先级的相关证据。每个条目对应一个位点信号，并以其索引单核苷酸多态性（index SNP）作为标识。
