HIF-1α and HIF-2α Are Upregulated in the Hippocampus but Not in the Medial Prefrontal Cortex in Experimental PTSD: Raw Data

Raw behavioural and molecular data supporting the study of HIF-1α, HIF-2α, HIF-3α, PACAP and PAI-1 gene expression in hippocampus and medial prefrontal cortex of rats with SPS-induced PTSD. Includes Open Field Test, Elevated Plus Maze, and Dark-Light Box behavioural data, and RT-qPCR data (2^(−ΔΔCt) method, β-actin reference gene).
