本文重点介绍中国河北省曹妃甸市的妈祖文化节，探讨其对当地农民生计发展的影响。通过实地调研和定量分析发现，妈祖文化节不仅是一项宗教文化活动，而且显著促进了当地经济多元化。这个节日吸引了大量的游客，增加了对当地特产和旅游服务的需求，从而直接或间接地增加了农民的收入。因此，本文通过预测妈祖文化节对当地餐饮、购物和文化娱乐的影响，以及为农民创造就业机会的潜力，估计了马祖文化节在河北省曹妃甸区的潜在经济贡献。节日活动不仅增强了社区凝聚力和农民对当地文化的认同感，还进一步促进了社区的可持续发展。妈祖文化节可以被视为乡村振兴的有效工具，应加大文化活动作为资源的作用，进一步释放他们在乡村发展中的潜力，实现可持续发展，提高农民生活水平。

This paper focuses on the Mazu Cultural Festival in Caofeidian District, Hebei Province, China, and explores its impacts on the livelihood development of local farmers. Through field research and quantitative analysis, it is found that the Mazu Cultural Festival is not merely a religious and cultural event, but also significantly boosts local economic diversification. The festival attracts a large number of tourists, driving up the demand for local specialty products and tourism services, thereby directly and indirectly increasing farmers' incomes. Therefore, this paper estimates the potential economic contribution of the Mazu Cultural Festival in Caofeidian District, Hebei Province, by forecasting its impacts on local catering, shopping and cultural entertainment sectors, as well as its potential to create employment opportunities for farmers. The festival activities not only strengthen community cohesion and farmers' sense of identity with local culture, but also further advance the sustainable development of the community. The Mazu Cultural Festival can be regarded as an effective tool for Rural Revitalization. More efforts should be made to leverage cultural activities as valuable resources, so as to further unleash their potential in rural development, achieve sustainable development, and improve farmers' living standards.
