"La Mare aux Sangliers"


Located in the [Huelgoat forest](https://goo.gl/maps/uJw11Zwyqr22), the sibling of the legendary Brocéliande forest, this site (called the "Boar Pond") was a safe haven for the animals which populated the forest.

It is even rumored that gold flakes can be found at the bottom of the pond - explaining its orange color - leaking from King Arthur's treasure, which Merlin the Enchanter is said to have hidden nearby...

Although the scanning process went quite fine, I was not really glad of the reconstruction result due to constantly changing lighting conditions... But I compensated by trying to recreate a satisfying water surface with Sketchfab's materials and effects, and actually ended up quite happy with the final model !

该场地坐落于于厄尔戈阿特森林（Huelgoat forest，具体位置可访问https://goo.gl/maps/uJw11Zwyqr22查看）——这片林区是传奇布罗塞利安德森林（Brocéliande forest）的姊妹林区，这片被称为“野猪塘”的水域曾是林中诸多生灵的栖息庇护之所。

坊间更有传言称，塘底可见金箔碎片——这也解释了水体呈橙黄色的缘由：这些金箔源自亚瑟王的宝藏，据传术士梅林（Merlin the Enchanter）曾将这批宝藏藏匿于这片区域附近……

尽管扫描流程整体进展顺利，但受限于持续变化的光照条件，最终的三维重建效果未能令我满意。为此我借助Sketchfab的材质与特效工具，尝试重新构建出逼真自然的水面效果，最终对成品模型的呈现效果相当满意！
