Differences in the response of bacterial community structure and function in rhizosphere soil of different plants under BTBPE exposure. Seven species of millet, corn, amaranth, wheat, soybean, alfalfa and ryegrass were selected to study the responses of bacterial community structure and function of different plant species, C3 and C4 plant rhizosphere soil under BTBPE exposure by 16S rRNA sequencing technology.

四溴双(2-乙基己基)邻苯二甲酸酯(BTBPE)暴露下不同植物根际土壤细菌群落结构与功能的响应差异。本研究选取粟、玉米、苋菜、小麦、大豆、苜蓿及黑麦草共7种植物,采用16S核糖体RNA(16S rRNA)测序技术,探究BTBPE暴露下不同植物类群(含C3与C4植物)的根际土壤细菌群落结构与功能响应。
