BIOMARGIN study step 2 & 3: RT-PCR on urine samples

This dataset comprises RT-PCR analyses of 1 gene on urine samples from 585 kidney allograft recipients enroled in the BIOMARGIN study (step 2 & 3), with associated metadata showing the Induction Therapy, the Banff Lesion Score for Glomerulitis (g), Peritubular Capillaritis (ptc), Interstitial Inflammation (i), Interstitial Fibrosis (ci) and C4d evaluated on each patient's corresponding kidney allograft biopsy.Data were normalized with housekeeping gene GAPDH using the delta Ct method.本数据集包含参与BIOMARGIN研究（第2、3阶段）的585名肾移植受者尿液样本中1个基因的逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）分析结果，附带的相关元数据记录了每名患者对应肾移植活检样本的诱导治疗方案、肾小球炎（g）班夫病变评分、肾小管周毛细血管炎（ptc）班夫病变评分、间质炎症（i）班夫病变评分、间质纤维化（ci）班夫病变评分以及补体C4d的检测结果。本数据集采用ΔCt法，以持家基因GAPDH作为内参基因完成数据标准化处理。
