GlcNAc dominated plant microbe interactions

GlcNAc, the building block of bacterial and fungal cell walls, was first reported to promote tomato plant growth via stimulation of microorganisms typically known to dominate the tomato root rhizosphere, such as members of Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria.GlcNAc（N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖）作为细菌与真菌细胞壁的组成单元，首次被报道可通过刺激通常为番茄根际（rhizosphere）优势类群的微生物，例如变形菌门（Proteobacteria）与放线菌门（Actinobacteria）的成员，来促进番茄植株生长。
