Roundtable on the sea rescue cause in the Central Mediterranean

Roundtable Discussion on the Sea Rescue Cause in the Central Mediterranean. Drawing on contributions from seven participants, the dataset was comprised by forty (40) minutes of audio-recording. Among several topics discussed in the roundtable, six are worthy of consideration: the description of the work done by the Sea-Watch members, the framework of legality and illegality, the notions of individual and collective responsibility, the motivations of prosocial behavior, the limitations of engagement, and the question about perceiving the migration situation as an emergency. Due to confidentiality and anonymity reasons, participants’ names, corresponding departments and academic degrees were anonymized.地中海中部海上救援议题圆桌讨论会。本数据集依托7名参与者的发言内容，包含总长40分钟的音频录音。本次圆桌讨论会讨论的议题众多，其中6项值得重点关注：海上观察（Sea-Watch）团队成员的工作内容描述、合法与非法的法律框架、个体与集体责任的概念、亲社会行为的动机、参与行动的局限性，以及将移民局势视为紧急事件的相关议题。出于保密与匿名要求，所有参与者的姓名、所属机构及学术学位均已做匿名化处理。
