Allium sativum Raw sequence reads

The objectives of this study are (i) to determine the filtering and enrichment of bacterial and fungal taxa along the soil-plant continuum of garlic grown in different production areas; (ii) to elucidate functional potentials of bacterial and fungal communities in garlic rhizosphere soil, roots, and leaves; and (iii) to explore the inter- and intra- kingdom co-occurrence relationships among microbes in garlic.

本研究的目标如下：(一) 明确不同种植产区大蒜的土壤-植物连续体上细菌与真菌类群的过滤与富集过程；(二) 阐明大蒜根际土壤、根系及叶片中细菌和真菌群落的功能潜能；(三) 探索大蒜相关微生物的跨界与界内共现关联关系。
