Red Dirt Melon Farm Flux Data Collection

This dataset consists of measurements of the exchange of energy and mass between the surface and the atmospheric boundary-layer using eddy covariance techniques during the transition from woody savanna to cleared. The flux station was established in August 2011 while the site supported tropical savanna. The site was part of a deforestation experiment measuring greenhouse gas exchange during conversion of forest to farmland. The land was being cultivated for watermelon production from 2013.This data is also available at http://data.ozflux.org.au .

本数据集包含木质稀树草原向已开垦土地过渡阶段，采用涡度相关技术（eddy covariance）测得的地表与大气边界层间能量与物质交换数据。该通量观测站于2011年8月建成，彼时站点仍为热带稀树草原。该站点曾是森林转农田毁林实验的组成部分，该实验旨在监测森林转化为农田过程中的温室气体交换情况。自2013年起，该地块被开垦用于西瓜种植。本数据集亦可通过http://data.ozflux.org.au 获取。
