This data represents repeated immunohistochemical staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex following chessboard deprivation. Included are images from consecutive 70 nm serial sections aligned to produce a high-resolution volumetric reconstruction of a given antibody stain.本数据集记录了经棋盘格剥夺（chessboard deprivation）处理后，取自小鼠桶皮层（mouse barrel cortex）的阵列断层成像（array tomography）组织带所经历的多轮免疫组织化学染色（immunohistochemical staining）与剥离洗脱（stripping/elution）循环。所包含的图像均来自连续70nm厚度的系列切片，经对齐配准后，可针对特定抗体染色完成高分辨率体积重建（volumetric reconstruction）。
