Stage-dependent spectral responses and spatiotemporal progression of pine wilt disease at the individual-tree scale

This dataset accompanies the research article entitled “Stage-dependent spectral responses and spatiotemporal progression of pine wilt disease at the individual-tree scale.” It provides supporting image data and associated annotations for investigating pine wilt disease (PWD) at the individual-tree scale. The dataset is organized into three directories: RGB, containing visible-light imagery; crown, containing individual-tree crown delineation data; and lesion, containing annotations of visible disease-affected areas within tree crowns. These data support the identification and characterization of PWD-affected trees, the assessment of disease symptoms at the individual-tree scale, and the investigation of spatial patterns of disease progression. The dataset also provides reference materials for developing and evaluating remote sensing-based approaches to tree crown segmentation, disease symptom identification, and forest health monitoring. The data are made publicly available to support research transparency, reproducibility, and further methodological development in forest disease monitoring and precision forestry.
