16SrRNA sequencing

Filter downstream data to leave high quality clean data for later analysis. Reads are spliced into tags through overlap relationships, tags are clustered into OTUs and compared to a database, and then species are annotated.

对下游数据进行过滤，以留存高质量的清洁数据用于后续分析。通过重叠关系将测序读段（reads）拼接为标签（tags），将标签聚类为操作分类单元（OTUs, Operational Taxonomic Units）并与数据库进行比对，随后完成物种注释。
