PKGI KO vs. WT brown adipocytes and brown adipose tissues. Mus musculus

Gene expression in brown adipose tissue and in primary adipocytes derived thereof from PKGI-/- mice was studied in comparison to wild type mice. Overall design: Experiments were performed in triplicate, i.e three PKGI-/- mice and matching wt littermates were used for brown adipocyte preparation; another three mouse pairs were used for tissue preparation.

本研究以PKGI基因敲除（PKGI-/-）小鼠为实验对象，以野生型（wild type, WT）小鼠为对照，分析其棕色脂肪组织（brown adipose tissue, BAT）以及源自该组织的原代脂肪细胞（primary adipocytes）中的基因表达情况。
实验设计：本实验设置生物学重复，即使用3只PKGI-/-小鼠及其匹配的野生型同窝仔鼠用于原代棕色脂肪细胞的制备；另有3对同窝小鼠用于棕色脂肪组织的样本制备。
