本研究采用批量转座酶可及性染色质测序（Bulk ATAC-Seq）技术，对人脐带血来源的造血细胞群进行检测，所用细胞分选标记如下：
长期造血干细胞（LT-HSC）：CD34+CD38-CD45RA-CD90+CD49f+
短期造血干细胞（ST-HSC）：CD34+CD38-CD45RA-CD90-CD49f-
多淋巴定向祖细胞（MLP）：CD34+CD38-CD45RA+
共同髓系祖细胞（CMP）：CD34+CD38+ CD10-CD45RA-Flt3+CD71-
粒细胞-巨噬细胞祖细胞（GMP）：CD34+CD38+ CD10-CD45RA+ CD71-
巨核红细胞祖细胞（MEP）：CD34+CD38+ CD10-CD45RA-Flt3-CD71+
T细胞：CD3+CD19-
B细胞：CD19+CD3-
