本研究采用批量转座酶可及性染色质测序（Bulk ATAC-Seq）技术，对人脐带血来源的造血细胞群进行检测，所用细胞分选标记如下： 长期造血干细胞（LT-HSC）：CD34+CD38-CD45RA-CD90+CD49f+ 短期造血干细胞（ST-HSC）：CD34+CD38-CD45RA-CD90-CD49f- 多淋巴定向祖细胞（MLP）：CD34+CD38-CD45RA+ 共同髓系祖细胞（CMP）：CD34+CD38+ CD10-CD45RA-Flt3+CD71- 粒细胞-巨噬细胞祖细胞（GMP）：CD34+CD38+ CD10-CD45RA+ CD71- 巨核红细胞祖细胞（MEP）：CD34+CD38+ CD10-CD45RA-Flt3-CD71+ T细胞：CD3+CD19- B细胞：CD19+CD3- 自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）：CD56+CD3-CD19-CD14- 粒细胞：CD14+CD15+CD3-CD19- 单核细胞：CD14+CD15-CD3-CD19- 树突状细胞（DC）：CD11c+CD45+ 红系细胞：CD71+GPA+；本研究数据已存档于欧洲基因组-表型组档案馆（EGA），存档编号为EGAS00001004742
