(2021) Birds use individually consistent temperature cues to time their migration departure. <strong>Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences</strong>. The archive consists of:<br> (1) R script to repeat the core results of the analyses performed in the study.<br> (2) The migration datasets contained in an xlsx file with five sheets:<br> - spring migration departure and arrival data<br> - autumn migration departure and arrival data<br> - 1000 null datasets for the spring migration with the data shuffled. <br> - a table with a list of two-way comparisons used in the R script. <br> - explanations of column headings.
