The study was conducted in Lianjiabian Forest Farm, situated within the Ziwuling Forest Area, Heshui County, Gansu Province, China. This region is characterized by the hilly-gully landscape typical of the Loess Plateau, with soil types predominantly consisting of yellow and dark yellow loam. Surface soil samples (0-10 cm), from which humus had been removed, were collected for analysis. The objective was to assess the response of various microorganisms across different stages of secondary succession.
本研究在中国甘肃省合水县子午岭林区内的连家砭林场开展。该区域具有黄土高原典型的丘陵沟壑地貌特征,土壤类型以黄壤和暗黄壤为主。研究采集了表层0-10 cm且已去除腐殖质的土壤样品用于分析,旨在评估不同次生演替阶段下各类微生物的响应情况。
