Effect of depletion of NEAT1 on gene expression of A549 cells during influenza virus infection.

To investigate the function of NEAT1 in the regulation of influenza virus replication, we established A549 cell lines in which each target gene was regulated by depletion of NEAT1. Overall design: We established a stable sh-NEAT1 cell line using A549 cells, with three replicate samples as the control group sh-LUC and three replicate experimental groups as sh-NEAT1.

为探究核富集转录本1（NEAT1）在流感病毒复制调控中的功能，我们构建了可通过敲低NEAT1以调控各靶基因表达的A549细胞系。总体实验设计：我们以A549细胞构建了稳定的sh-NEAT1细胞系，其中对照组为sh-LUC，包含3个生物学重复样本；实验组为sh-NEAT1，同样包含3个生物学重复样本。
