HUVEC and HAEC RNA-seq Gene Expression Values - TPMs

Gene expression profiling of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (UEC) and human aortic endotheilal cells (AEC). Poly-A enriched gene expression data is provided as transcripts per million (TPM), processed using the Salmon alignment tool. The experiment was carried out on 4 individual donors of each cell type. Raw data are available on request only due to ethical considerations.本数据集为人脐静脉内皮细胞（human umbilical vein endothelial cells, UEC）与人主动脉内皮细胞（human aortic endothelial cells, AEC）的基因表达谱分析数据。其中聚腺苷酸（Poly-A）富集的基因表达数据以每百万转录本数（transcripts per million, TPM）形式提供，经Salmon比对工具处理完成。本实验每种细胞类型均采用4名独立捐赠者的样本开展。出于伦理考量，原始数据仅可应要求获取。
