Long-read RNA sequencing of Pacific Abalone Haliotis discus hannai

A total of 10 different tissues (haemocytes, gills, muscle, hepatopancreas, mucous gland, digestive tract, mantle, head, testis and ovary) were collected for long-read sequencing.
