Long-read RNA sequencing of Pacific Abalone Haliotis discus hannai

A total of 10 different tissues (haemocytes, gills, muscle, hepatopancreas, mucous gland, digestive tract, mantle, head, testis and ovary) were collected for long-read sequencing.本研究共采集10种不同组织（血淋巴细胞（haemocytes）、鳃（gills）、肌肉（muscle）、肝胰腺（hepatopancreas）、粘液腺（mucous gland）、消化道（digestive tract）、外套膜（mantle）、头部（head）、精巢（testis）与卵巢（ovary）），用于长读长测序（long-read sequencing）。
