Bowers_et_al_Sleep_Disruption_Mouse_TurekLab

C57BL6-N male mice were subjected to 5 days of 20hr sleep restriction while given regular chow or high fat chow. Regular chow animals were analyzed for Bowers et al, 2019 publication. Control animals were housed in identical caging, but not sleep restricted. Fecal pellets were collected 1d (timepoint B) prior to sleep disruption, as well as 2d (timepoint C) and 4d (timepoint C) after sleep disruption. N = 10 per condition.

本研究将C57BL6-N品系雄性小鼠分为两组，分别施以为期5天的20小时睡眠限制，同时饲喂普通饲料或高脂饲料。其中，饲喂普通饲料的小鼠的分析数据已用于Bowers等人2019年发表的研究论文。对照组小鼠饲养于完全相同的笼养环境，但不进行睡眠限制。分别于睡眠干扰前1天（时间点B）、睡眠干扰后2天（时间点C）及4天（时间点C）收集粪便颗粒。每组实验动物的样本量为10只。
