Antibiotic combination therapy selection: Whole-genome sequencing of evolved clones of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 strain.

Genomic libraries of 11 evolved clones of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 strain were sequenced using Illumina's HiSeq platform generating 100-nt paired-end reads. The ancestral wild-type PAO1 strain was also sequenced.

针对铜绿假单胞菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa）PAO1菌株的11株进化克隆所构建的基因组文库，采用Illumina HiSeq平台进行测序，得到100核苷酸（nt）双端测序读段。同时对该菌株的祖先野生型PAO1菌株开展了测序。
