A mapping population of 123 F9 recombinant inbred lines was developed from the cross 'PAC2' x 'RHA266'. The progeny were genotyped with AFLP and SSR markers. Also QTL analysis was performed for traits related to water stress.

本研究以‘PAC2’与‘RHA266’为亲本杂交，构建得到包含123个F9代重组自交系（recombinant inbred lines）的遗传作图群体。利用扩增片段长度多态性（Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism, AFLP）和简单序列重复（Simple Sequence Repeat, SSR）标记对该群体后代进行基因型分型，同时针对与水分胁迫相关的性状开展了数量性状位点（Quantitative Trait Locus, QTL）分析。
