## **Abstract** \n\nThe dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement. \n\n\n\nNote: Version 2 supersedes version 1 (GUID: c975d250-b699-4585-b32f-cbfde4d8d436). Version 2 is identical except for conductivity-upscaling data added.\n\nNote: Version 3 supersedes version 2 (GUID: 92e2c385-f384-4a3e-8f10-50fdab393d79). Version 3 is identical except the raw conductivity data have been categorised into 3 spatial locations: western, central and coastal.\n\n\n\nContains hydraulic property measurements sourced from literature that are relevant for the Hunter subregion. The data mainly concerns hydraulic conductivity, but some transmissivity, specific storage and porosity data are also listed.\n\n\n\nA total of 574 measurements are compiled in the "FullData" sheet which also lists (where available) the Bore/piezometer name, the formation name, the topography elevation, the minimum and maximum depth sampled in the test, the MGA56 East and North coordinates, the type of test, along with the results obtained.\n\n\n\nThe "Provenance" sheet lists the 21 publications from which these data were extracted. Mostly these are groundwater sections of mine Environmental Impact Statements.\n\n\n\nThe other sheets in this Excel file demonstrate some correlations, or lack of correlations, between the hydraulic properties and depth, stratigraphy and lithology. I have just included these sheets for the interested reader: they contain no extra data, and are simply the types of Excel charts I thought the reader might be interested in viewing.\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nThe data and correlations guide the uncertainty analysis of the Hunter subregion uncertainty analysis.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nThe "Provenance" sheet within the Excel file contains a list of the publications from which the data was extracted. Only measurements in the publications that also contained data concerning all of the following were used: borehole or piezometer hole name; MGA East and North; depths or elevations; and formation name. Specification of the type of test was not mandatory but was recorded if available. 本数据集收录了来自公开文献的、与亨特次区域相关的水力参数(hydraulic property)实测数据。数据以渗透系数(hydraulic conductivity)为主,同时也收录了部分导水率(transmissivity)、储水率(specific storage)与孔隙度(porosity)数据。
"完整数据(FullData)"工作表中共收录了574条实测数据,该表还会(如可获取的话)列明钻孔/测压管(bore/piezometer)名称、地层名称、地形高程、试验采样的最小与最大深度、MGA56东向与北向坐标、试验类型以及实测结果。
"来源(Provenance)"工作表列明了提取本数据所用的21篇文献,其中大部分为煤矿项目地下水章节的环境影响报告书(Environmental Impact Statement)。

## 数据集编制历史(Dataset History)
本Excel文件中的"来源(Provenance)"工作表列明了数据提取所用的文献列表。仅采用同时包含以下全部信息的文献中的实测数据:钻孔或测压管名称、MGA东向与北向坐标、深度或高程、地层名称。试验类型并非强制要求,如有记录则一并录入。数据由人工从文献中提取,并录入至Excel文件的"完整数据(FullData)"工作表中。
