Significant urological follow ups from NHS NTC in Heart of Birmingham over several years

This file shows cases of children who required urological surgery as a follow up to religious circumcision by the NHS - funded by Heart of Birmingham PCT (as was). As it shows that problems may present several years post circumcision, it's clear that this does not include all follow ups from the April 2005-March 2012 NTC series: some will have presented subsequent to the preparation of this file. Note some are more serious and resource intensive surgeries.本文件收录了宗教包皮环切术后需接受泌尿外科手术随访的儿童病例，该手术由英国国民保健署（National Health Service, NHS）资助，经费来自当时的伯明翰心脏初级保健信托（Heart of Birmingham PCT）。鉴于本数据集显示术后数年仍可能出现相关并发症，显然本文件并未涵盖2005年4月至2012年NTC系列中的全部随访病例：部分病例是在本文件编制完成后才出现症状的。需注意，其中部分手术病情更为严重，且医疗资源消耗更高。
