为探究乳腺癌细胞在2D与3D细胞培养条件下DMT1相关的差异转录组学特征,本研究基于MDA-MB-231细胞的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据,对2D及3D培养环境下的野生型(Wild Type, WT)与DMT1敲除(Knockout, KO)细胞开展基因表达分析。 实验设计:本研究采用2D及3D细胞培养条件下的野生型与DMT1敲除MDA-MB-231细胞各3次生物学重复的RNA测序数据进行基因表达谱分析。 注:MdaWT与Mda KO(2D细胞培养组)的原始测序文件已被截断,完整原始数据暂不可获取。
