Differential circRNA expression profile in stored red blood cells

The main purpose of this study is to study the changes of circRNA expression profile during red blood cell storage, predict the differentially expressed circRNA, and explore its possible biological functions and molecular mechanisms in RBC storage injury.

本研究的核心目的为探究红细胞（red blood cell, RBC）储存过程中环状RNA (circRNA)的表达谱变化，预测差异表达的环状RNA，并探讨其在红细胞储存损伤中可能发挥的生物学功能与分子机制。
