Research on epidemiology and losses caused by Bacterial Wilt data

The database presented in an excel file was developed as part of the collection of data on the analysis of the epidemiology, financial and yield losses and factors of dissemination of bacterial wilt in tomato fields in Benin. The file contains four sheets. The first relates to data on the concentration of Ralstonia solanacearum in the soil of the various production sites prospected. The second sheet contains data on the factors of dissemination of bacterial wilt in Benin in tomato crops and the financial and yield losses caused according to the perception of producers. The third sheet presents both of the incidence data for bacterial wilt in tomato crops and in other crops grown in the same farmers field. The fourth sheet contains data from the tobacco hypersensitivity test performed on Ralstonia solanacearum isolates.
