DANCE benchmark dataset

DANCE is the first standard, generic, and extensible benchmark platform for accessing and evaluating computational methods across the spectrum of benchmark datasets for numerous single-cell analysis tasks. Currently, DANCE supports 3 modules and 8 popular tasks with 32 state-of-art methods on 21 benchmark datasets. People can easily reproduce the results of supported algorithms across major benchmark datasets via minimal efforts, such as using only one command line. In addition, DANCE provides an ecosystem of deep learning architectures and tools for researchers to facilitate their own model development. DANCE is an open-source Python package that welcomes all kinds of contributions.<br>

DANCE是首个面向各类单细胞分析任务，可用于跨各类基准数据集访问与评估计算方法的标准化、通用化且可扩展的基准平台。目前，DANCE支持3个模块、8项主流任务，搭载21个基准数据集上的32种当前最优（state-of-the-art）算法。研究人员仅需极少工作量即可复现主流基准数据集上支持算法的实验结果，例如仅需执行一条命令行指令即可完成。此外，DANCE还构建了深度学习架构与工具生态系统，以辅助研究人员开展自主模型研发工作。DANCE是一款开源Python软件包，欢迎各类形式的社区贡献。
