为探究组蛋白H3三甲基化(histone H3 tri-methylation)在视网膜转录过程中的功能,本研究对H3K27甲基转移酶(H3K27 methylase)Ezh2基因敲除小鼠及其对照小鼠的视网膜细胞全局转录模式进行了检测。
整体实验设计:对出生后12天的小鼠视网膜细胞进行分选,分为Cd73阳性光感受器细胞与Cd73阴性的其他视网膜细胞,随后检测其全局mRNA表达模式。
