No. 210 of 2021), which came into force on the 30th April, 2021, all tables and chairs as well as awnings, coverings, canopies, parasols, shades, windbreakers, heaters or other similar structure for the purpose of facilitating outdoor dining must be licensed. </span></p><p style='box-sizing:inherit; margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:24px; color:rgb(44, 54, 67); font-family:"Open Sans", arial, verdana, sans-serif; font-size:16px;'><span style='box-sizing:inherit; margin-top:0px;'>In order to apply for a Street Furniture License, you must apply for an on-site consultation below. 凡在售卖食品的经营场所外摆放桌椅，均须提前申领街道设施许可（Street Furniture Licence）。 根据2021年4月30日正式生效的《2021年规划与发展（修订）（第2号）条例》（法定文书第210号，2021），所有用于便利户外用餐的桌椅、遮阳篷、遮盖物、顶篷、阳伞、遮阳设施、防风装置、取暖设备及其他同类设施，均须取得相应许可。 如需申领街道设施许可，须先提交下方的现场咨询申请。现场咨询完成后，须填写《2024年街道设施许可申请表（2024 Street Application Form）》并发送至邮箱streetfurniture@fingal.ie。 特此提醒，经修订的《2000年规划与发展法》第254条所规定的许可条件可能发生变更，更多详情可访问官方网站www.fingal.ie。
