To investigate the rhythmic gene expression in the SCN during day. Overall design: Gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data in SCN at six distinct time-points , ZT3,7,11,15,19,23. Each time-point had 4 biological replicates. Each biological replicate constituted 3-4 individual SCN samples.

为探究日间视交叉上核(Suprachiasmatic Nucleus,SCN)内的节律性基因表达。实验设计概述:针对六个不同昼时(Zeitgeber Time,ZT)时间点(ZT3、ZT7、ZT11、ZT15、ZT19、ZT23)的视交叉上核RNA-seq数据开展基因表达谱分析。每个时间点设置4次生物学重复,每次生物学重复由3~4个单个视交叉上核样本构成。
