mixed population experiment

Mixed populations of Oregon-R-S from the Bloomington Stock Center (BL#4269) and Dark-fly (D1388-3) were reared in light/dark cycling (LD) or constant dark condition (DD). Genomic DNA was extracted from the mixed population at generation 0, 22nd and 49th (1 replica from generation 0, 3 replicas each in LD and DD from generation 22nd and 49th, 13 populations in total). Generation 0 was hybrid of Oregon-R-S and Dark-fly.

以布卢明顿果蝇种质中心（Bloomington Stock Center）保藏的BL#4269品系Oregon-R-S与编号D1388-3的Dark-fly品系为实验材料，构建混合种群后分别置于光暗循环（LD）与持续黑暗（DD）环境中饲养。分别于第0代、第22代及第49代的混合种群中提取基因组DNA：其中第0代仅设置1个生物学重复，第22代与第49代的LD、DD组各设置3个生物学重复，总计13个种群样本。第0代种群为Oregon-R-S与Dark-fly的杂交后代。
