Supplementary Data for: GuFi phages represent the most prevalent viral family-level clusters in the human gut microbiome

This repository contains the Supplementary Data and viral sequence files associated with the manuscript "GuFi phages represent the most prevalent viral family-level clusters in the human gut microbiome". The following corrections have been made: Supplementary Data 5: Viral family-level clusters (VFCs) were renumbered according to prevalence (previously they were the default labels output by the hierarchical clustering algorithm). Supplementary Data 6: The "spacer matching" sheet was corrected to include vOTUs without VFC assignments. All other files are unchanged from Version 1.0.本仓库包含与论文《GuFi噬菌体为人类肠道微生物组中最普遍的病毒科水平聚类簇》相关的补充数据与病毒序列文件。 本次已完成如下修正： 补充数据5：病毒科水平聚类簇（viral family-level clusters, VFCs）已依据流行率重新编号（此前其编号为层次聚类算法输出的默认标签）。 补充数据6：已修正“间隔序列匹配”工作表，将未分配至病毒科水平聚类簇的病毒操作分类单元（viral Operational Taxonomic Units, vOTUs）纳入其中。 其余所有文件均与1.0版本保持一致。
