Dryad Han et al. EcoEvo Bd diversity data

Data collected from an experiment to examine dilution effects in larvae of three amphibian species experimentally inoculated with Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis across various species compositions. Data collected across species combinations (combo) for each focal species (species) include growth (mass, length), mortality (mean day to death), pathogen treatment (Bd or No Bd), mean log(genome equivalents) of Bd in host tissues (quantified using real time PCR), the mean proportion of tadpoles that died within experimental units, and mean mortality arcsin transformed for statistical analyses. Label represents an experimental unit containing 6 tadpoles in total at the start of the experiment.

本数据集源于一项旨在探究三种两栖动物幼虫在不同物种组合条件下，经蛙壶菌（Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis）人工接种后的稀释效应的实验。针对各目标物种设置的不同物种组合（combo）所采集的数据包括：生长性状（体重、体长）、死亡率（平均死亡天数）、病原体处理分组（Bd接种组或未接种组）、宿主组织内Bd的平均对数转化基因组当量（采用实时荧光定量PCR（real time PCR）定量）、实验单元内死亡蝌蚪的平均占比，以及经反正弦变换后用于统计分析的平均死亡率。每条标签对应实验开始时初始总数量为6只蝌蚪的实验单元。
