Temperature and deformation induced changes in the mechanical properties of the amorphous regions of semicrystalline polypropylene

The deposited data includes results obtained from measurements: DSC, DMTA, SAXS, WAXS, Mechanical Testing and Raman spectroscopy. All files are in either XLSX or TIFF format.The data were obtained using following instruments: differential scanning calorimeter (DSC, Q20 TA Instruments, New Castle, DE, USA); dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer (DMTA, Q-800, TA Instruments, New Castle, DE, USA), wide angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) with computer controlled goniometer connected to a sealed-tube CuKα radiation source (Phillips), operating at 50kV and 30 mA. 2D small-angle X-ray scattering (2D SAXS) diffractometer, Raman spectrometer Jobin Yvon T64000 equipped with Olympus BX-40 confocal microscope.

本次存档的数据集包含通过以下测试手段获得的实验结果：差示扫描量热法（differential scanning calorimeter，DSC）、动态力学热分析（dynamic mechanical thermal analysis，DMTA）、小角X射线散射（small-angle X-ray scattering，SAXS）、广角X射线散射（wide angle X-ray scattering，WAXS）、力学性能测试以及拉曼光谱测试。所有文件均采用XLSX或TIFF格式。本次实验所用仪器如下：差示扫描量热仪（DSC，Q20型，TA仪器公司，美国特拉华州纽卡斯尔市）；动态力学热分析仪（DMTA，Q-800型，TA仪器公司，美国特拉华州纽卡斯尔市）；配备计算机控制测角仪与密封管CuKα辐射源（飞利浦）的广角X射线散射仪，工作电压50kV、电流30mA；二维小角X射线散射（2D SAXS）衍射仪；搭载奥林巴斯BX-40共聚焦显微镜的Jobin Yvon T64000型拉曼光谱仪。
