Genome assemblies

This file includes the genome assemblies, which are generated by SOAPdenovo2 (K=127) using short insert size pair end reads (250 bp 500 bp and 700 bp) and long mate-pair reads (2 kb, 5kb and 10 kb).本文件包含基因组组装结果，该结果由SOAPdenovo2（K=127）利用短插入片段双端测序读段（250 bp、500 bp及700 bp）与长距离mate-pair测序读段（2 kb、5 kb及10 kb）组装生成。
